What if a guest breaks something?
Prepare as you would for any renting: consider extending your home insurance to cover renting — ask your insurer. Guests pay in advance, so you always know who is staying and when.
Am I allowed to rent my place?
Usually yes — but you are responsible for making sure renting is allowed for you. Check your housing company’s rules or your lease if needed. The details are in our terms.
What about taxes?
Rental income is taxable — check your own situation with your local tax authority.
Can I stop whenever I want?
