- Real-time booking calendar Free dates show to guests instantly. Airbnb and Booking reservations update at the pace of the channel’s calendar updates.
- Season and weekday pricing Different rates for seasons, weekends and holidays — the way you actually price.
- Base price + extra guests The base price covers e.g. 4 guests; additional guests are charged automatically, per person.
- Booking rules Minimum nights, arrival and departure days and buffer days, all in your control.
- Extra services for guests Sauna, cleaning, rental gear and late checkout — the guest adds them at booking, so upselling takes care of itself.
- Discount coupons Create campaign codes for returning guests — entered at booking.
