The monthly price already covers all the essentials: your website, domain name, mailboxes, booking system and support. This page lists what you can buy on top. If a service is still in development, it says so right here.

  • An extra property on the same subscription

    A second cottage or apartment gets its own site managed under the same account, and the monthly price steps up with the property count. Adding a property later costs €79 once, and we build the site ready for you just like the first one.

  • A virtual assistant on your site

    The assistant answers guests’ questions on your site around the clock, in Finnish and English, using your property’s own information. If it doesn’t know the answer, it directs the guest to you — it never invents facts or gives out door codes.

  • Property videos

    We turn your property photos into up to six short, atmospheric videos. You review and approve the videos before they go on your site.

  • Extra domains

    Extra web addresses on the same subscription, for example .fi and .com side by side. Renewal of your first domain is included in the monthly price; extra domains are renewed separately.

  • Smart-lock door codes

    Every booking gets its own door code. The code is programmed into the lock automatically and stops working when the booking ends — no key handovers or hidden keys. We use the service on our own property with Yale locks; August, Schlage and Nuki locks can also be connected. Billing is monthly, by the number of locks. The service does not include the locks themselves or installation.

  • Photography with a camera loan

    We post you a 360 camera and clear filming instructions. You film your property yourself and send the camera back — we edit the material into videos and photos and publish them on your site. We have tried the service on our own property; the price will be announced when it can be ordered.

  • Visibility on more booking channels

    Your property listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels, with prices and the calendar updating from one place — so you avoid double bookings. The price will be announced when the service is ready.

    Every site is already built so that search engines and AI search can find it. On top of that, a separate service is coming: keyword work, more content and visibility reporting. The price will be announced when the service is ready.

Prices include VAT. The smart-lock service does not include the lock hardware, installation or any account fees charged by the lock manufacturer.
